Can 3D Printers Print Wood? A carbon-3d FAQ From Someone Who Learned the Hard Way

But if a part is structural, load-bearing, or needs to survive heat and vibration, a desktop printer — even one with carbon-filled filament — isn’t the same as an industrial system. But “better for continuous output” is a judgment call. A desktop printer that runs 24/7 still needs calibration, humidity control, and clean nozzles. If you need 50 identical parts every week, ask the service — not the printer company — how they inspect first articles and batch integrity.
